These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the use of this website (“the Site”), ticket purchases made directly through this Site, and attendance at events organised by Ruxandra Radu (“the Organiser”). By using this Site, purchasing a ticket through this Site, or attending an event, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Tickets purchased from third-party platforms or resellers may be subject to different terms and conditions, which are outside the control of the Organiser.

1. Use of the Site

1.1 You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only.
1.2 The Organiser makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on the Site, but does not guarantee that all details (including event information) are free from errors.
1.3 The Organiser may update or remove content on the Site without notice.

2. Tickets & Entry

2.1 Tickets must be purchased through authorised channels only.
2.2 All tickets purchased through this Site are transferable to another person, provided the new ticket holder agrees to comply with these Terms.
2.3 Proof of purchase and/or ID may be required for entry.
2.4 The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove attendees for disruptive, unsafe, illegal, or offensive behaviour, without refund.

3. Purchase Policy

3.1 These Terms apply only to tickets purchased directly through this Site. Tickets purchased elsewhere may be subject to separate terms and conditions set by the relevant seller, for which the Organiser accepts no responsibility.
3.2 By purchasing a ticket through this Site, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and payment is made in full.
3.3 Tickets may be transferred to another individual, provided that:

  • the transfer is not made for commercial gain (e.g., resale above face value is prohibited),

  • the transferee is made aware of and accepts these Terms, and

  • the Organiser is not liable for unauthorised or fraudulent transfers.
    3.4 The original purchaser remains responsible for ensuring that the transferee complies with these Terms.
    3.5 The Organiser is not responsible for tickets obtained via unauthorised resale platforms.
                                               

4. Refunds & Cancellations

4.1 Tickets purchased through this Site are non-refundable except where the event is cancelled in full by the Organiser.
4.2 If the event is postponed, tickets purchased through this Site remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, you may request a refund within 14 days of the announcement.
4.3 If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual in accordance with Section 3 above.
4.4 No refunds are available for non-attendance.

5. Event Changes

5.1 The Organiser reserves the right to alter advertised programmes, performers, timings, or venues due to unforeseen circumstances.
5.2 Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund unless the event is cancelled in full.

6. Health, Safety & Conduct

6.1 Attendees must comply with all health and safety instructions issued by the Organiser or venue staff.
6.2 The Organiser is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage except where caused by negligence.
6.3 Disruptive, abusive, or discriminatory behaviour will not be tolerated. The Organiser reserves the right to remove individuals without refund.

7. Liability

7.1 The Organiser is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
7.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

8. Recording & Media

8.1 Unauthorised photography, filming, or recording at events is prohibited.
8.2 The Organiser may record or photograph events for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being included in such media.

9. Accessibility & Equality

9.1 The Organiser aims to make events accessible to all, in compliance with the Equality Act 2010.
9.2 Attendees requiring accessibility support should contact the Organiser in advance.

10. Privacy & Data Use

10.1 Personal data (such as name, contact details, and payment details) is collected solely for the purposes of processing bookings, managing attendance, and ensuring event safety.
10.2 Data is processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
10.3 Personal data will not be shared with third parties except:

  • where required to process your booking (e.g., ticketing platforms, payment processors),

  • where required by law, or

  • with your explicit consent.
    10.4 You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting the Organiser.
    10.5 Marketing communications will only be sent if you have opted in, and you may unsubscribe at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
